As a Kurkumama kitchen leader, you are responsible for supervising and developing the kitchen team while ensuring every dish meets our quality standards.

In addition, you oversee mise en place planning, coordinate service to keep the kitchen running smoothly, and manage stock and food costs to maintain an efficient and well-organised operation.

As Kurkumama culinary leader, you are responsible for shaping and evolving our food and beverage offering while ensuring consistency, quality and profitability across all venues.

In addition, you develop and standardise recipes, oversee menu performance and costing, collaborate on supplier selection, lead kitchen audits, coach kitchen leaders, and drive sustainable product strategies that support our long-term vision.
