    What are the tasks?

    • Assist in staff planning and scheduling.
    • Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless service.

    What are the tasks?

    • Prepare the bar mise en place.
    • Mix and serve a variety of cocktails & other beverages quickly & efficiently.
    • Ensure all drinks are prepared according to the restaurant’s standards.
    • Greet guests warmly & provide a welcoming atmosphere.
    • Keep the bar area clean and organized at all times.
    • Restock bar inventory as needed.

    What are we looking for?

    What are the tasks?

    • Supervising the preparation and production of dishes.
    • Checking that food safety rules are being followed.
    • Preparing meat and fish (cleaning, cutting, tying, wrapping, etc.).
    • Cooking or reheating meat, fish, vegetables, etc.
    • Placing orders, monitoring stock levels, identifying shortages.
    • Maintaining and cleaning the workstation and kitchen utensils.
    • Preparing dishes for serving (presentation, composition, finishing, etc.)
    • Preparing the work surface and kitchen utensils.
