How do I log back in?
Click on the link below, enter your email address and we will send over a member code that will grant you access.
How do I earn points?
You’ll receive a point for every euro spent in-store or online, these are automatically added to your account. All you have to do is make sure you have successfully logged with your associated email address.
How do I know how many points I have?
Your points balance will update automatically in your loyalty portal after rewards are redeemed.
How do I add the app to my home screen?
It’s now easier than ever to access your QR code. When you open the contact portal webpage on your phone, tap the share arrow, scroll down and tap the ‘add to homescreen’ button. In this app, you can keep track of how far you are away from your next reward, find your vouchers, and update your settings.
Do credits expire?
Credits do not expire. You've earned them. However, keep in mind, their value may increase during special moments of the day or the more often you visit us!
When do I get my birthday voucher?
You’ll need to enter your birthday when you sign up and you’ll receive the voucher the day of your birthday. This gift is only valid for customers who have ordered once or more since signing up. A
nd you must sign up at least 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to ask for proof of date of birth.
